Healthy Eating with The Scone Shop
Ever wonder...What can I serve today that is a simple but nutritious meal? Read on for new ideas!
A cup of creamy vanilla yogurt topped with sliced strawberries, blueberries and pecan pieces served with a freshly cooked cinnamon chip scone.
Cook up several hard boiled eggs and scones the night before to grab and go in the morning along with a ripe banana.
Warm up some boxed soup (Butternut Squash, Tomato, OR Carrot Ginger from Pacific are delicious!) and serve with sliced apples and spinach feta scone bites (cut the scones in half before baking for the same amount of time).
Roasted chicken with steamed green beans and/or carrots and spinach feta scones.
