Three ways to treat YOURSELF on Valentine’s Day 2018
Alone or with someone else you can do some of these things to make yourself feel special and loved. Make plans now so you won’t get caught off guard on Wednesday the 14th!
Serve a meal at a soup kitchen to individuals that may need that Valentine’s Day love just as much as you do. Sometimes turning outside of ourselves fills up our own love tank. Double bonus!
Share a scone with a friend, family or your co-workers. Let them know they are a meaningful part of your life. You can cook a whole package, wrap each scone individually and give them throughout your day to others. Why wait for gifts when you can take the lead to share the love?
Get out of the house for a walk and enjoy this month that is a precursor to a lovely Spring! No one ever said, “Gee I wish I didn’t exercise today.”
